The West Edmonton Mall is the second-largest mall in North America, only behind the Mall of America. It’s easy to see why the West Edmonton Mall is considered the city’s top attraction and is one of my favorite places in Edmonton. In fact, in my late teens, I actually worked in West Edmonton Mall for about four years. I mean, how many malls can boast they have an indoor skating rink, roller coasters, and waterpark? The West Edmonton Mall (WEM) is a destination all on its own with attractions, entertainment, and exciting activities for the whole family. But this isn’t just a place to shop until you drop (although there are more than 800 stores for you to do just that!).
